"I made a reservation for Valentine's Day at 9:30 PM on February 11. On February 13, I received a follow-up email confirming my reservation for that time, which I appreciated. However, when my date and I arrived, the concierge informed us that they unfortunately couldn’t accommodate us before 9:30. I was puzzled as to why I was able to book a reservation if it couldn’t be honored. I was told that their reservation system allows bookings even when they can’t actually accept them. They then suggested I reschedule for another day. It was frustrating that no one reached out to inform me after my reservation was deemed invalid for three days. It felt like we were completely overlooked in this situation. My date had traveled 45 minutes only to be met with disappointment on Valentine's Day. From now on, I will call to confirm all reservations directly."
