"We had our wedding catered at the Barn at Stoney Hills in Cushing, MN by Paul the Blue Heron staff this past weekend and I couldn't have better things to say about the food and service. The whole experience of working and with Paul from start to finish was outstanding and I would highly recommend them to cater your wedding! The dinner and appetizer menu features many different and unique options and Paul worked with us to do small customizations to fit perfectly together. Noah and I were able to do a tasting last year during the planning process which was really helpful. We also had an addition of 9 family members who hadn't RSVPd (yikes! , and Paul was kind enough to add 9 additional meals week of. He checked in often in the weeks leading up to the wedding and I never had one ounce of worry leading into the evening which I was very thankful for. The whole team was so professional smiling faces throughout the whole evening, prompt clean up, and our family had nothing but wonderful reviews of the food. So thankful to the Great Blue Heron and 100% give a 5/5 start review!"
