"The food was bland and underseasoned. I had the fillet which was actually cooked perfectly, but lacked almost any seasoning. After applying salt and pepper, it was OK. The same could be said of the ribeye steak, which was actually cooked perfectly, but again had little to no seasoning. we also ordered the truffle, macaroni and cheese, which had very little cheese, was made with a penne, pasta noodle, and all of the truffle oil strained to the bottom of the glass ramekin one highlight was that the brussels sprouts were delicious, as were the mashed potatoes. in addition, cocktails, tasty, although they took forever to get to the table. I genuinely would like to give this place another chance, as it seems that perhaps the owners are new to the restaurant business, although I could be wrong. It's a great space, and, it appears they are trying hard, but the staff peers to be somewhat inexperienced, and they seem to be a little bit lost. Fingers crossed that they get it together as I would really like to see this place succeed."

"we had another fantastic culinary experience here. we got the fondue together with a duck and chicken dish, which were both excellent, but the duck was the better of the two. we also got the cream-coloured dessert and a beautiful bottle of wine for dinner. there is a huge wine list and we have an excellent suggestion from the owner on a bottle that has what we have ordered."

"The food was tasty, but the service was not even close to what I was expecting for a higher end restaurant. They were out of half of the menu items, which we didn't find out about until we ordered them. We ordered a bottle of wine to have with dinner, and halfway through our meal we had to ask about the bottle that I could see sitting on the bar. It was plopped down on the table, no effort to pour for us. My wife ordered a steak, and it came, with no knife. I had to ask for additional silverware for my meal as well, since all other cutlery had been cleared. The food was well seasoned, and tasty, but I was really surprised about the service. Maybe the staff was struggling, as it seemed they were a bit short staffed, but by the time we were eating, it seemed pretty quiet.They were very good about filling our water glasses though, so that was nice."

"In my opinion, the steak tacos at this restaurant have the best taste, although they may not have scored the highest overall due to the heat factor. The chicken tacos may have a higher overall score, but that is mainly due to their heat level. With a simple addition of hot sauce, the steak tacos could easily surpass the rest. I suggest adding pickled onions to the steak tacos for an even better flavor. Overall, I love this place and frequent it often, sometimes spending hours here. The staff is fantastic and I would highly recommend tipping them generously."

"Good food. Convenient location. Very very slow service. Definitely go for lunch when you have time or need to do a working lunch chatting with colleagues but know that it will take at least 30 min to get thru the short line and receive your food. The line won't be very long but it will be slow and the food takes awhile. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed and ate most all of their lunches. Tasty fresh food with some unique original dishes. Definitely worth trying, just be prepared to be patient."

"Had lunch here with a colleague who recommended the Cowboy sandwich, and I added provolone cheese. The sandwich was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I’m giving it 4 stars because the sandwich was a bit messy and I had to rearrange the ingredients to eat it. However, it was during the busy lunch rush, and they were very busy. "Located in a less than picturesque area of Glen Burnie, surrounded by used car lots and transmission repair shops, this restaurant may not seem like much from the outside. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food and great service. I ordered a simple jerk chicken sandwich with fries, and was blown away by the tender, juicy, and spicy chicken nestled between slices of sweet coco bread. The homemade pineapple ginger juice was also a highlight of the meal. The staff, particularly Marlon, was incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting I try their whole snapper on my next visit. Overall, despite its less than ideal location, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant soon. If only it were situated by the water or a marina, I would become a regular customer."

"The ambiance was absolutely stunning and romantic, making for a beautiful dining experience. The bread served was the best we've ever tasted. The wait staff provided exceptional service, though there was nearly an hour's wait before our entrees arrived (we didn’t order any appetizers). While the flavor of the steak was excellent, it wasn't cooked to the proper temperature. As it's a new restaurant, we believe they might still be ironing out some issues. It is a bit pricey, and most of the wine options are only available by the bottle. Despite these hiccups, we would definitely be willing to give it another try!"

"This is the best pizza I've ever had! This restaurant truly knows how to do Italian cuisine right, and you can tell the moment you walk through the door. When you sit down, they serve you complimentary fresh-baked bread with vinegar and oil for dipping, which is absolutely delightful! Every dish I've tried here has been fantastic, but I have to highlight their pizza in particular. The mozzarella is incredibly flavorful, with a wonderfully stretchy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. The sauce has a robust taste, and the thin crust is far from bland. Mama Carpino also features a deli inside, so you can be assured that everything is fresh and delicious! "Their food is beyond good we started off with the empanadas and let me tell you they are cooked to perfection and made fresh to order I promise. We got a bit greedy and got the garlic shrimp over the avocado with bread on the side and I literally come here for the Garlic shrimp they add a spice of love into it. Now for the meal I had shrimp white rice sweet plantains and a side salad. They ask how you want your plantains which is perfect we?re all a little different !"
