"I recently visited Frost Gelato, and unfortunately, it was not a satisfactory experience. The visit was tainted by steep prices, small portion sizes, and lackluster customer service.
Firstly, the prices were shockingly high. I understand that quality ingredients can come at a premium, but the charges here felt unjustifiable. Each spoonful of gelato felt like a costly indulgence rather than a delightful treat, leaving me underwhelmed.
Moreover, I was quite disappointed with the portion sizes. Despite paying such high prices, the amount of gelato I received was minimal. It was frustrating to feel that Frost Gelato was skimping on portions, given the cost. I left feeling unsatisfied and as though I had missed out on the full gelato experience.
To make matters worse, when I asked to sample some flavors, I was informed that they were out of spoons. It was incredibly unprofessional to be at a gelato shop that was unprepared for such a basic customer request. Without the chance to sample, I had to choose my flavor based solely on guesswork, which ultimately left me disappointed with my selection.
When I discovered that the flavor I chose didn’t meet my expectations, I asked if I could exchange it for something else or even get a refund. However, I was told that they couldn’t accommodate my request since I had already taken a spoonful. It’s frustrating that they prioritized a plastic spoon over customer satisfaction. A simple solution would have been to provide me with another spoon or a small cup for sampling, rather than wasting both the product and my money.
Overall, my experience at Frost Gelato was lacking in several areas. The high prices, insufficient portion sizes, and poor customer service left a lot to be desired. I would hesitate to recommend this gelato shop to others, as there are certainly better options that offer greater value and a more enjoyable gelato experience."
