"Bomb bomb bomb!!A new Smorgasburg favorite is Sus Arepas! They 've now ventured into the must have for every Sunday Smorgasburg rendezvous.I 'm no arepa aficionado, however this arepa was everything I wanted it to be, and more. First off, it 's just beautiful to look at; all of the delicious fixins ' stuffed into that little warm pocket of goodness. However, once I bit into it, the flavors and textures really came to life. As obvious as it may seem, my favorite thing about any food, is the flavor. That being said, the texture of this arepa really made an instant impression on me; it was crispy! That beautiful crisp on the outside just blanketed the soft, and creamy, freshness that lied beneath. If you know me well, you can be sure that there were several expletives exclaimed after every other palette pleasing mouthful. Damn, this was so good. And coming in at around $10, it 's a fair price for the deliciousness it contains. My only complaint is that I didn 't try Sus Arepas sooner!Do yourself a favor and make Sus Arepas, sus your arepas!Thank you to the crew at Sus Arepas!"
