"Splash is located close to the Des Moines Civic Center and is the perfect place for dinner before the show. The service was excellent. Our waiter made sure we stayed on track to get to the show on time. My dinner companion walks with a cane, so the availability of an elevator was very helpful as the restaurant is on multiple levels. And, of course, the food was excellent, with very generous portions. Best of all, the restaurant is relatively quiet and we were able to have good conversation across the table."
