"I have been visiting this location for over eight years, and I always request my bacon to be extra, extra crispy. If my bacon arrives undercooked, I will send it back for correction. I pay for my meal and still leave a tip. Unfortunately, today I encountered the same issue with my bacon. When the manager approached me, she remarked, "You always return your food." I politely clarified that I simply ask for my bacon to be prepared extra crispy but receive it half-cooked instead. I've never made a fuss about my meals; I just expect them to be cooked properly. It's not my fault that they have a high employee turnover rate. There are plenty of other breakfast options available, such as Waffle House, Breakfast Club, Harry’s, Broken Egg, Snooze, Flying Biscuit, Cheesecake Factory, and many more... Frank's is no longer on my list. The manager seems to be receiving complaints from new customers about the food, yet she acts as if I am the problem."
