"I have been a loyal customer of Joy Sushi for a long time, but today was the breaking point. Over the past two years, both the service and quality have declined noticeably. Tonight, I experienced the worst service I have ever encountered at any restaurant. I arrived 45 minutes before closing time and was told the kitchen was already closed, with only sushi available. While that wouldn’t normally be a big issue, closing the kitchen that early—45 minutes before closing—is disappointing. We placed our order from the menu, only to be informed that it was last call for orders, even though there were still 30 minutes left until closing. We ordered the spicy yellowtail roll, which arrived shredded in spicy ponzu sauce and was poorly cut. Just two minutes later, our check was brought to the table, making us feel rushed and pushed out the door. It’s clear I need to find a new sushi spot."
