"Hard-working individuals who are keen on making delicious fast food is how I'd describe this place. It's local, it's good, the prices are decent. Their prices did go up with inflation, but that's to be expected. I ordered an everything hamburger(ketchup mustard,mayo,lettuce,onion,tomato)special and a strawberry milkshake. Total was $12.34. The fries are crinkle cut, which usually are my least liked fry. However, they tasted great! I inhaled the shake, which was amazing! I'll definitely be back to try all their flavors. The burger stole the show with its juicy flavor,fresh ingredients, and hand-made patty. The bun was also fresh, which you never get from chains. This food feels like I went back home and my parents made me a meal. 100% will be going back."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered two items for a total of $35, and the quality was subpar. The house fried rice was dry, and the so-called teriyaki chicken was simply white chicken served with plain white rice. I've decided not to return in the future. I attempted to address my concerns by calling and sending them photos, but they refused to offer any resolution. I feel like I wasted my money—I could have gotten some delicious Mexican tacos for a lower price with a much better idea of what to expect. Unfortunately, dealing with this restaurant felt risky, as their standards and customer service were lacking. The dish consisted of mostly rice with just a few small pieces of chicken. It's disheartening to see a business that doesn't value its customers."

"Every visit brings a slightly different flavor experience. Sometimes the broth is rich, while other times it’s a bit lighter but still packed with flavor. I talk to the owners regularly, and they are genuinely dedicated to making the food taste great and providing excellent service. As a small business facing labor shortages, they work tirelessly to ensure a good customer experience. Everyone I’ve introduced to this place has loved the food. I highly recommend the jjang pong, gochujjapchae (eaten in the restaurant), Mongolian beef, and jja jjang myun, in that order. You might wonder why I spend so much time traveling to Niles for this food. The truth is, I’ve tried many Korean restaurants in Chicago, and none come close to the flavor of their jjang pong. They often take shortcuts, resulting in a broth that is too light and lacking flavor. Please give this place a try; you won’t regret it. And if anyone doubts that I’ve visited more than 100 times in three years, just show them this review. They might even say I’m crazy for going so often—sometimes even multiple times a week!"

"My family and I dined at this restaurant for at least 16 years, and we were only disappointed with the service a few times. The food is fantastic, and the staff, including the owners, are incredibly friendly. They also have another location in Rogers City, which is just as great—definitely check it out on Sundays since it's run by the same family! I'm really going to miss this place now that we've moved out of state. I can't recall ever receiving cold food or anything that made me feel unwell during all our visits!"
