In dishes with a lot of sauce, they overload it to mask the fact that some vegetables are past their prime. The corners of the onions were black, and the red peppers were slimy. The kimchi and pickled radishes lacked crunch and seemed too old. I'm disappointed. In trying to save a few dollars, you’ve lost a customer."
