"After waiting an hour and a half for my food, I had to call and find out where it was at. I was told I would have to wait for a call back because the owner was on the other line. When I finally get a call back, I was told that they “forgot to make my order”. No offer for a discount or even an acknowledgement that they did anything wrong. Regarding the restaurant's response: As we discussed, when we contacted Grubhub, they confirmed that the restaurant mistakenly gave our order to another driver who was not supposed to have it. This error was solely the fault of the restaurant, according to Grubhub. Please do not attempt to dismiss this, as there is an incident report on file that was sent by Grubhub.
