"The food on the buffet did not appear fresh, and it seemed they were holding off on replenishing the dishes, possibly waiting for more diners to arrive. Some items were completely empty when we got there and remained so until we left. The woman managing the restaurant spent the entire time on her mobile phone and only seemed attentive when customers approached to pay. There was little to no oversight of the buffet or concern for the diners' needs.
The gentleman working there asked us what we wanted to drink—an additional charge, unlike most buffets where drinks are included—but then he disappeared, leaving us without any refills on soft drinks or water. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The meal did not justify its price, both in terms of quality and service.
For the same cost, we prefer to drive to other, better Chinese restaurants in the metropolitan area that offer fresher food, nicer service, and a more inviting atmosphere."
