"Vital Root, like all of Justinâs, is first rate. It is our favorite because it is vegetarian and right in the neighborhood. We are never disappointed and take all of our visitors there. The food, the staff, the ambience are second to none. We adore the raw dinners and love the themes each month. Sarah always has a smile. Aidan is charming. On Monday I was treated to a birthday cake and serenade BEST EVER!!"
