"I was recommended by a friend that the food was good which it was but we ordered a bottle of wine that we never tried and when we did we really liked it, not knowing that the same bottle cost 9.79 and we paid 45 a bottle. I understand it cost more when your dining but not that much more of a profit. I go out to eat a lot and I usually pay double for a bottle which is understanding but this this insane. I wouldn?t be going back again"

"Best live music in all of New York City. Good food (small portions though). Decent drinks. Good crowd. Worst disorganized rude customer service, even on a less busy night. I made the decision to dine here based on the location of the seating. After we were seated by the waitress, we were forced by the manager to move and sit with strangers, in the front row right next to the drums. Meal came, and no silverware or napkins were given. I asked the waitress to tip the band on my tab and let the band know, and she didn't let them know.My waitress had no clue what she was doing. The manager was extremely rude when I tried to express my concerns, and at one point called me a liar. The owner was nice, explained the reasoning, yet was unapologetic about my experience. I understand why the poor experience, and maybe it was just poor communication. But the cluelessness by the waitress, and the rudeness by the manager are not acceptable.If you can put up with their poor service, then come here for the band, the food, and the drinks."

"We noted in our reservation it was a birthday. The server did not ask if we were celebrating anything or if we were from out of town or if it was out first time there or anything. Clearly the atmosphere was stressful. It seemed the employees were overworked and there was an unpleasant atmosphere. We were looking forward to coffee and dessert as we had already been to a winery prior to dinner. We waited over half an hour from the time our dinner was cleared until our desert order was requested and it was rushed. The server did not even ask if we each wanted a desert but assumed we were sharing. She was abrupt. We asked for coffee which arrived minutes after our dessert. The coffee was cold. We told the bus boy and he asked if we wanted it warmed up!! he told our server about it and she asked if we wanted an expresso but at that point, dessert was long gone and we were over it. We just wanted to go home. Not a pleasant dining experience though the food was good"

"We came to taste some wine and share some pleasant time with friends before dinner. Prima has a beautiful set-up where you can do a tasting of 6 of the wines they pour for $20. A cheese and chorizo plate to accompany costs $18 and was pretty good. It's good to go with the wine. Their wines are quite unique and generally well executed. Price point of wine is reasonable and a good value. Overall (TLDR): Low key, pleasant experience. I come back to enjoy a pleasant wine tasting near home. The good: interesting varietals at a good price. Our server was very nice. The menu explains the grape varieties nicely so you knew what from wines you probably haven't heard yet. Saves many questions. the bad: nothing The mediocre: I guess you could call the ambience where we sit as nothing special, but it did not distract from the wine tasting."
