"Usually a good experience and I’ll post. But when we drive 15 minutes to pick up our order only to get home and one meal is missing it deserves a negative review. It wouldn’t have been the worst but when I called to inform them they initially tried to tell me I never ordered the chicken fried rice. I was looking at my receipt then and he said hold on. Then tells me oh I wasn’t paying attention. So we drive back 15 minutes. By the time we finally had our complete dinner for everyone and ate the food it was now cold and we wasted two round trips. There is no excuse not to check on order and make sure everything is included. It would have taken 30 second. Our time 30 minutes! Never an apology. And he hung up on me too."
