"This sushi bar in Las Colinas is modern and elegant! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The service was excellent, with the waitress and staff being very attentive. The lunch menu was very generous, which I loved! The miso soup was the first to arrive and it was deliciously salty and savory. The bento box was beautifully presented. The bulgogi was not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Initially, I was going to choose rice over the wasabi mashed potatoes, but the waitress convinced me to try it and I'm glad she did. The wasabi mashed potatoes were amazing! The tempura shrimp and vegetables were light, crunchy, and delicious."
