"Everything I tasted was absolutely delicious. The calamari was flawlessly fried and wonderfully flaky, the flan had a distinct flavor that I can't wait to experience again, and the fettuccine alfredo was the best I've ever had (and since it's my favorite dish, I order it quite often). The ambiance was classy with elegant walls, ceilings, and booths, and the service was friendly. All our food arrived quickly and was served piping hot. We will definitely return!"

"I've been coming to Chuck E. Cheese with my family for a while, but my recent visit was disappointing. We spent $18 on a wing platter that was supposed to serve six, but it turned out to be just 16 chicken nuggets labeled as wings, covered in a mix of hot and sweet sauce. The pizza was also poor—very thin crust with cheese that tasted like cheap string cheese, and we waited 20 minutes for it. In total, we spent over $60 for three people. The prices keep rising, and it’s becoming less enjoyable for parents. With limited seating and slow service serving subpar food, I don’t plan to return. We came for the kids, but honestly, going to the movies would have been a better option."

"I took my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese and we all had a blast!!! I also enjoyed the unlimited play. I recommend though that they place signs all over the place and especially at the food pick up window... REMEMBER TO PAUSE YOUR PLAY TIME WHILE YOU EAT I forgot and lost a lot of my time. Also this place is way to expensive to be able to come more than 1x a yr...seriously it 's ridiculously priced!! Also they need more staff on the floor and for them not to be scared to put unruly, rude, bully kids and parents in there place!!!"

"Manager asked me to place my firearm was inside my pocket, could barley see it but still slightly visual in my vehicle as firearms are not allowed. I responded with it was not posted when I came in, if I missed it I apologize. He said yes it’s posted by the front door. I asked if would point it out. He pointed towards the exit of the front door. It WAS posted but not on the outside coming in. The sign was posted inside next to the exit door only visible if you where leaving. I recommend posting that sign on the outside of the entrance. I have no problem respecting the wishes of a establishment it’s there right as it is mine to carry. I of course respected the wishes of the establishment and placed my firearm in my vehicle. On a good note birthday party was great birthday girl had fun and my kids had a blast. Pizza was good, plenty of games for my 4 kids from 2 years to 14 years. The new cards they have that let you play as many games as you want for 2hrs was awesome. Kids loved it. we have not been in years may not be new"

"The experience with a school group during the day was very enjoyable, with attentive and helpful staff taking care of us. The noise level was a bit high near the stage in the dining area, and it would have been nice to have the option to lower it while the children were playing outside. The pizza was decent, although perhaps not worth the $12 price tag for a personal pizza. It was hot and tasted good, so overall, it was a satisfactory meal. I may not specifically choose to come back to this restaurant, but it was a good fit for the children and they had a fun time."

"that's the best I've ever done. every time I was here, it was clean, pretty every game worked, and the employees are nice. brock is such a cool person and deserves an increase. the animatronics offered me hours of entertainment and comfort and were my reason for this. they are currently remodeling so if the construction interferes they avoid going for now. that is the last prototyp 3 stage and it is very sad to know that these bots will probably be away in a few days. the pizza was good, but the chessebrot was overpriced (yet good, but not worth what I spent.) I recommend the unicorn churros that they are delicious. I do not see that I come back due to the removal of the animatronics (it is not exciting, it is depressing), but this place has earned 5 stars for the experiences I had. child-friendly: this place is aimed at children"

"I took my grand kids for dinner to Chuck E cheese's. This place is made for children to have fun, and the kids did have fun. While it was my 1st experience here, the children had been here many times before with their parents. The pizza is only so, so, but the salad bar is fairly decent. Besides pizza, we also ordered a side of celery, wings, bread sticks, and cheesy bread, with all the dips The girls demolished the breadsticks, and I loved the cheesy bread and wings. We all had salad which was very good. The girls played for something called tickets which we turned in for prizes. The place is chaotic, wild, and entirely fun for little ones. I can't imagine a more fun place for little ones. As a grandparent, though, I had to keep my eyes alert at all times to watch out for my 2 little grand girls."

"I have not been here in awhile. And when I say awhile, I was here when they had tokens and the bouncy ball thing.. So I brought the kids so they can put some tokens into the machine to find out that they no longer use tokens. It's all with a swipe of a card. At first the kids were pretty sad about the tokens, but for me it worked out easier. They each got a card. You can add min or points. If you add min they start as soon as you get the card and is non stop. When you get points it's 2 to three points per game.. The cards can be paused if running min.. So either way its cool. If your child is a slow player then the min running time would probably be better. It's less of a hassle for a parent to try to keep up with the tokens.. Pretty easy to use for a child. It's like speed pay at the gas station.. The environment was not to crowded. Got a table kind of in the middle on the side so I can see each child in every direction. We had pizza, chin Ken wings buffalo bone in, some drinks and the salad bar. The salad bar was nicely put together. Everything was fresh and properly organized. The food came to the table in a timely manor. The pizza was nice and fresh. The children had fun running around and having fun with their cards. Chuckie came out and did a little routine. Handed out some free tickets. Now my thing is everything is so expensive here. Even if you grab some coupons you will spend on just the food alone. It would be nice if the things that the children could by with their winnings were actually reasonable.. You need a thousand tickets for the smallest things.if your child really wants to take something home you have to have a million tickets... Well maybe not a million but a thousand... Other than that the place was clean. They have great parking and are wheelchair accessible. The staff was nice and friendly and were kind and helpful.. This was a last min decision and it worked out great. The children ate, played and had fun learning to budget their token cards... The bathrooms could use a little more love and attention. The toilet paper is so hard to come off the role. You get a little frustrated trying to pull it piece by piece as it continues to rip... There was something thrown on the floor in every stall. I had to pass 3 of them to get to one that was about as clean as it could get. It smelled good though.. Nice clean music great place to take your children and try to get a little relaxation in if you can while they run around. They do have free wifi if you are needing to get a little work down on your laptop while they play.... Enjoy"

"Update 2/10/24 Had such an amazing time at Chuck E Cheese. Brea our server was such an amazing hostess. She was so on point with everything! She made sure to check with us for everything we needed. The kids had such a great time playing the games, winning the tickets, and loving the pizza and ice cream. They also enjoyed the cups they got to keep and the party bags. My son loves this place and never wants to leave. Every time we are here the service is amazing and everyone is so polite. We love this place and the staff! Thank you for making my son's birthday party a great success . My son absolutely had a blast here. The staff was so helpful and the lady we had was an absolute delight! This was such a great place to have his little birthday party. I can't thank the girls on staff enough they were so sweet."

"However, Chuck E. Cheese has really lost its charm. It used to be bustling with children and parties on weekends, but it was practically empty on a Sunday. This decline is largely due to the corporation's decision to remove many attractions, turning the place into just a vast area for games and a small dance floor. There was one birthday party happening, but you could clearly see that the attendees weren't enjoying themselves. The removal of the animatronics was truly the final blow; this venue is nothing like it once was. I give it two more years before Chuck E. Cheese disappears entirely, much like Toys R Us. Unfortunately, people might have to start heading to Dave & Buster's, even for younger kids, as there’s really no reason to visit Chuck E. Cheese anymore. It's such a disappointment."

"it was a good experience. with covid-19 his fearsome to go to a place where everything is constantly touched. However, the staff was great in the continuous cleaning of the machines. it was very clean and they had any other table of limits for social distancing. all had their masks. also they say u to make a picture of urkind and they together before they enter and ask them to see it when they go after safety, which is good to know that not only someone can go with urkind. we ate pizza and it was very good and fast service. I bought 60 minutes for $23 dollars that was perfect"

"My visit to this chuck E. Cheese was a bad experience for me and my kids. We had so much fun until it was time to go. My son couldn't find is phone. We asked the employees at the front desk if anyone reported a missing phone, they told us no. So we started tracking the phone, come to find out it had left the premises. I called this phone about 20 times no one picked up. Finally I sent an important message on the phone to let them know the cops is coming and the cops are tracking the phone then when I called someone coincidentally picked up the phone. I said hello this is my son phone can I have it back the person said hello hello and hung up the phone I called back they picked up I said hello I need my son's phone please then the person said Hey it's here at Chuck E cheese so I kindly went back to Chuck E cheese and I accidentally manager I kindly said to the manager Hey my son's phone was missing I kindly tried to explain to her what happened and she wouldn't even let me explain and aggressively started yelling at me. I always bring kids that establish because we love it there and I always recommend friends and family members to go there. But never again will this place get me to spend my money there again.b"

"Chuck E. Cheese has been the biggest disappointment to date of any establishment I have visited. The establishment is annoyingly loud, not loud because of the kids, but loud because of all the background noise. The speakers are blasting music at what I would guess is full volume along with every game in the arcade seems to have its volume jacked up to the max. It is so obnoxiously loud in there, that just exiting the establishment was the best part of the visit. The food was mediocre at best. A pizza, 4 drinks, and a thing of wings (glorified chicken nuggets) was a charge of 50 bucks. To top it off, the pizza wasn't even thoroughly cut thru. Then you have to purchase a card to load time on that starts at 17 bucks and goes on from there for your kids to play the games and ride on stuff. Some of the ride on stuff takes pictures with your kids on it. Unfortunately, not too many people knew this judging by the stack of photos that other kind parents had put on top of the machines. I don't see how this place gets 4 start reviews unless parents just drop their kids off, leave them there and return to pick them up at a later time. Back to the time cards for playing games it states you need to put your playing on pause on the back of the card, but the employees told us that it only uses minutes when the card is swiped. This brings us to the headache of using this card to activate the machines. If we were lucky we were able to get the arcade machine going by the 3rd try. Some didn't work at all. The best part for my son was the minion whack-a-mole. May try it again, but this experience was a bit lackluster."

"Brought my granddaughter, Rachel, for a back to school celebration. She is 10 but still enjoys!! She gets a lot of tickets because she has mastered the games lol! Went right after school, so it was not crowded at all. Good time to go. I was so pleased by the service we received. I got the salad bar that was fresh and delicious and my granddaughter got wings that were perfect. The front girl that waited on us, the other male that checked on us, and even the poor guy at the counter waiting patiently on my granddaughter to decide what prizes to get for her 700 plus tickets...they were all wonderful! Manager went around checking all machines to make sure in proper working order. Have never seen this in all the times I have been there. Nothing more frustrating than to insert coin (now scan card) and nothing happens. Thank you all for a great experience. Alexandria, La!!"
