"Loved the pizza. I only took one star away because I got delivery and it arrived 20 minutes late and cold. Even though it was cold, this pizza still shined compared to many other pizzas I've had. This was the cauliflower crust which expectedly costs a bit more but the size was smaller and it was pricey. Separate from that the meat, cheese, sauce and crust were all good. Very rarely do you find a place where all the pieces are good which is probably why I was okay with the cost. They also made it to my online order specifications- light cheese, extra sauce. I got a meat pizza and all the meat was quality. I don't eat pizza often. Maybe 3 max 4 times a year. This was definitely worth the deviation from my normal nutrition. Yum! I'm sure I'll eat again once more this year."

"The pizza is amazing and the service is good. Sometimes, when it gets really busy the level decreases, so just be patient. However, the food remains constant. I am big fan of the Vinny's special pie, their salads with grilled chicken and their chicken soup. Also their antipasto salad is massive, so try to stay with the small one though. So far i haven't found anything on their menu which my family or I don't like. Just try to avoid the peak times on Friday and Saturday. Otherwise you will be waiting +1 hour for pickup or closer to 2 for delivery. Also small piece of advice, keep an eye on the parking lot since delivery drivers tend to park anywhere and sometimes they might block your car and won't allow you to leave. Thankfully the folks at Vinny's will get out of the way quickly unlike the ones from the other businesses."

"I’ve been ordering here for a few years and most times it’s been great. I usually buy the special, 2 pizzas and a bottle of soda usually ordered at night. Ordered today for pick up and the pizza was seriously awful. Undercooked, not cut, thicker crust on half the pie all around awful. After trying to eat it to the point we just gave up. Pizza has to be awful in this house not to get eaten but this one was beyond that. I decided to call and see if we can take it back, 3 slices were taken out and I would have paid for that. When I called the girl kinda knew what I was talking about pretty quickly and put me on the phone with someone who said they were the manager and they made the pizza. He said “sorry” and then we had 20 seconds of silence I asked can I bring them in to show you, he said no, he’s not going to do anything about it because he felt we held the pizza vertically for some reason but there’s no way he made a mistake. Even if I decided to hold my pizzas like record albums, what does that have to do with it tasting awful and bland? Guy was rude and if that’s the manager I now understand why the pizza was awful. This place is good if you want to spend a little over 20 bucks and get two pizzas maybe treat your crew on the cheap but as far as customer service, taste and quality it completely fell off. When you guys decide to respond to this with your fake excuse like the other bad reviews here, PEOPLE see through it. Bad pizza, bad business, never ordering from here again. You get what you pay for."

"My absolute favorite. One of the few places that are sick gets a slice and a chicken parm dinner. This is a real NY family owned pizzeria do NY pizza as it should be. "*Buyer Beware* the menus have outdated pricing. No one will tell you until you confront them about the check. This place is old school. Beat up walls, wallpaper coming apart in the doorways. But as far as we could see it 's pretty clean. Yes, it 's a good pour of wine, but the menu says $6 for a glass and then we were charged $9 per glass for an $8 bottle of wine!! My husband 's Blue Moon was supposed to be $5 charged $7. Server literally shrugged and said that the menus were old and they had new pricing. They 're laminated paper reprint them. The calamari was not worth $17. It was super chewy. The sauce was marinara with a tablespoon of red pepper flakes dumped in. Nothing special. The pizza is good, but too thin to hold all the toppings. My husband 's pasta was prepared very al dente and was at least $2 more than what was listed on the menu. Service was very awkward. She didn 't clear all the plates. She only took my empty glasses, not my husbands. Every time she approached the table she asked if everything is ok? and then fled quickly from the table. We didn 't complain about anything until I noticed the large discrepancy with the bill. I didn 't argue, I just said they should update their menus and we paid the bill. I realize that prices have gone up, but that should be shown to your customers before they order. It 's not a pleasant surprise at the end of the meal. We will not be returning."
