"I chose to be here for the wedding dinner rehearsal since it was downtown. I liked the place because of the town 's history. Initially, I made a reservation for 15 to 20 people. However, we were about 35 at the end. Despite the number of people, we manage to sit everyone. The service was good, and the attention descent. However, nothing is perfect. Some of my guests ' orders were mixed and wrong, which is understandable for the number of guests, but what was not acceptable was the disrespect from the waiter when she was told the food was not fully cooked, and the order was wrong. The waiter didn 't want to take the food back and still tried to charge us for it. When she was told the guest didn 't want to pay for an utterly wrong meal, she responded with an attitude in a tone of threatening voice, I will call the manager. then the manager came over to the guest and put his hand on my guest 's face said, yelling, YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS FOOD. the manager never apologized for the wrong service, or food not been cooked, he was belligerent, disrespectfully, arrogant, unprofessional and wearing some cut off shorts and a beach shirt. I will probably eat there again because I like the place. Still, they will need to train the manager to be professional or hire a real manager who can handle the situations professionally."
