"Los Andes is proof that the more things change, the more they stay the same. Though this great restaurant has seen a lot of changes since it first opened (we reminisce about this literally every time we go) the exceptional service and food remains a constant. The owners are still very invested in the overall quality of the restaurant, and I think that is a part of the secret sauce. They personally seat you, check on you, and I even saw one of them bringing out food to a nearby table while we were there this weekend. This hands on approach helps to ensure the exceptional nature of this place... and it definitely keeps us coming back. Menu standouts are the pisco sour, empanadas, pollo los andes, and pollo napolitano."
