"The staff here is incredibly friendly! You can place your order through Snackpass, at an in-store kiosk, or at the counter. As someone with a sesame allergy, I needed to inquire about the ingredients, and they quickly went to check and returned with the information I needed. The Beef Gyudon costs under $7, including tax, and it’s a very satisfying rice dish. I also tried a chicken dish but didn't care for it—so much so that I returned the next day for the beef, which was significantly better.
I typically don’t tip when I’m just picking up an order, but I always make an exception for these gentlemen because they’ve treated me so well during both of my visits. Their customer service is truly outstanding!
A quick note about parking: avoid parking directly in front of the store. There's a bus stop there, and since Easton Ave is always busy, you risk getting a ticket if you aren't careful. I recommend parking on the other side, especially if you plan to make a quick visit unless you're dining in.
For anyone with dietary restrictions, they’re very accommodating about allergies and sensitivities—just be sure to mention it while ordering."
