"I remember their salads being served in large family-style bowls, filled with onions and a delicious dressing, but that wasn't the case anymore. The salads now came in individual bowls, looking like pre-packaged garden salads that had been sitting in the fridge for who knows how long. The type of lettuce used was different, and even the dressing seemed off. I was so disappointed that I pushed it aside and opted for the minestrone soup instead. The minestrone was quite good, though it could have used more noodles. My family ordered a variety of dishes—there were five of us in total: pizza, eggplant Parmesan, chicken Vesuvio, fettuccine Alfredo, and bowtie pasta in creamy vodka sauce. My husband, who also grew up in the area and always orders the chicken Vesuvio, said it tasted completely different this time and was over-salted. He found the chicken dry and didn’t enjoy it. Thankfully, my bowtie pasta still tasted familiar. However, I found myself downing water because the food was unusually salty—I couldn’t remember it being that way before. The prices have certainly increased, which we’ve all become accustomed to post-Covid, but for five people, our bill came to around $177 plus tip. Only two of us ordered alcohol; my mother-in-law and I each had a glass of rosé priced at $10 each. To our surprise, it arrived in a glass that was barely filled to a quarter. I was not pleased with that. We were also shocked by how empty the restaurant was for a Saturday night at 7 PM—it was nearly deserted. Such a stark contrast to what I remembered."

"Happy hour prices were good we ordered several items off the drink and food menu. However we said we were celebrating two birthdays and nothing special was done or offered like a free appie or dessert for instance. Other places like the keg offer that so something to consider for future special events! The shrimp pasta was overly peppery and didn’t mention that on the menu. I traded that for pizza as another guest didn’t like the dough. I like the pizza dough light and airy but a little oily. Wish Harts would have stepped up their game to make our dining experience for the birthdays more memorable."

"I was very disappointed with my latest visit to the Sycamore Grille. Earlier in the evening, I told my boyfriend I was taking him to what would be his new favorite restaurant. I have always loved this place! There was a very large party at the restaurant and it appeared as though another party in their banquet facilities. One would expect the service to be slow, but we felt forgotten tucked away in the back corner of the restaurant. I suspect our server was pretty new as it felt awkward when ordering our food and drinks. I could over look slow/poor service. It happens. What was truly disappointing was our food. To be honest, it seemed as though it was pre-made by a food service or out of a box, like what you would expect from a chain restaurant. It was certainly over priced for what we received. I will say that the sangria was delicious!"

"This was our second date night here and we truly enjoyed our dining experience. We used our Dining Out Atlanta Passbook. It was a Friday night, so it was busy but not crowded. The small patio seating was full and people waited at the bar for carry out. The hostess was friendly and seated us quickly. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Our appetizer and meals came out very quickly and the food was hot. I had the shrimp and grits, which was plated differently fromwhat I?ve experienced at other places. But it was hands down one of the best shrimp and grits dishes that I?ve had!!! The dish was seasoned well, with a little spice in the grits?very enjoyable!! My husband also enjoyed his fish and chips,the calamari appetizer was delicious! My drink was strong and not overly sweet, which is how I like it. Great experience?.we?ll definitely return."

"it has been years since we visited copeland. they had a location in dallas that was eventually closed at the beginning of the 2000s. the menus have changed, however, eating is still delicious, drinks were good and the service was excellent. it was good to try the old cajun aromen. the sharp blue crab claw was really good. we could not try the desserts for which they are famous, hope it next time we try on I-20 in monroe."

"sat with my son and his mom there today. we had sat all the way to the wall, but no one checked us for almost 40min. imagine having and starving their son with them, not only that they could not even offer us water. Finally, a woman came right behind us with her man and was immediately served, I was really upset, but I managed to keep it professional and ask for a manager and there they go young ladies and polite try their best ti get us free passion fruit ice tea that I don't take, I don't complain because I want free stuff. the manager himself brought us to eat and it was good, she asked me later if I want to whisper, and I said yes, but no one brought me a cake, it was another beat, but our blessing did her best, but they need better management and better communicate."

"EDIT the business did provide a full refund without us asking for it for the entire order including what we received and went out of their way to offer many sincere apologies.1. When we went to puck up order, they could not find the order for about one hour, despite us showing them emails, invoice and order numbers, receipts. Finally found order which was now going to arrive late.2. Finally get food- Food order was wrong. All of the sandwiches and actual lunch portion was missing and we only had dessert. Because of #3, we ultimately had to order pizza for our hungry guests.3. NOT REACHABLE. Multiple people tried to call, tried to reach other goddess and the grocer locations too incase they could transfer us, and just any number we could find so that we could get out lunch. "I was impressed by the attention of the staff to the detail after I said I was vegan and wanted to go to eat something. they checked if everything was vegan: the brot for the sandwich, the coating on the fried chickens, the buffalo sauce for the gardein wing, etc. They also offered us free softdrinks while waiting for our food. After we ordered, I noticed that the snacks section of the menu had buffalo flower, hummus and some other options that looked like they were vegan. the “V” in a box indicates that a menu item is vegetarian, and I wish they would create a symbol for vegan elements, or specify which vegetarian elements can be made vegan. I'm not big on sauces and seasoned, but it would be nice if they were vegan ranch, vegan mayo and vegan Mac cheese (they had a Daiya cheese for sandwiches, but no vegan version of their Gardein Chicken Mac cheese), so every vegetarian product could be made vegan without feeling like their meal lacks something. we liked our whole food: gardein buffalo wings were spicy and hearty and the celery sticks were fresh, the fried tender and sandwich were also good."

"I met my two friends on a Thursday for dinner and it was packed! I asked the hostess if a certain waitress was there because I actually went there to see her and was told she wasn’t. Come to find out, she actually was. But it’s ok because we had another server that was amazing and took care of us in the bar area. I believe her name was Bre. She kept the drinks coming and the food was delicious. My husband and I went back on Saturday and sat on the patio and had another great server. The food was delicious once again and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Managers were walking around talking to people and I love the fact dogs are welcome on the patio! Y’all go see Chassidy though. "I really like this brunch spot in Cole Valley! We were instantly seated, which cannot be said for most SF brunch places. Furthermore, the food was served to us super quickly; I had my food before the last person in my group had even sat down at the table.I really love the location of this place.
