"Update: Two months later, and the service has declined even more. I observed five employees standing around doing nothing while a line of 15 people waited. Only one person was behind the counter, and if you can call it helping, it was more like rudely shouting and rushing customers through their orders. Fortunately, a new bagel place is opening nearby. I've visited this location several times and had decent experiences with good food despite it always being busy. But this time, when the store was nearly empty, my partner and I got in line. The older man assisting us seemed in a huge hurry, ignored most of our order, making us repeat it multiple times. After paying, he hurried back asking if I wanted to be charged again for the food he forgot to give me in his rush to get me out of the store. This behavior was rude all around. Maybe they should slow down, listen carefully, get the order right, and hand over the correct food. The store was empty, so there’s no excuse."
