"One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I didn’t even plan to dine there. I came in on a Sunday around 2pm after studying next door at Kaldi’s. The place was not busy at all but I somehow waited an hour and 15 minutes for a to-go chicken club and fries. I overheard the waitstaff apologizing to other guests in the restaurant the entire time, responding to complaints about food time, waiting at tables without anyone ever coming to bring menus or drinks, forgetting about guests they had at tables outside, ordered drinks never arriving to the table, and food not tasting as great as it “usually is.” Good on the staff for apologizing in general, but I’ve worked in restaurants for years and these issues were all avoidable. Several other tables and guests walked out after receiving no/slow service, but I couldn’t even leave since I paid for my to-go food when I placed the order. Many guests also came to the bar to cancel food as it was taking far too long. Do not recommend."
