"I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at this Restaurant, which I feel compelled to share. The incident highlighted a severe lack of management skills and poor communication within the establishment, resulting in a significant waste of my time and an overall disappointing take-out experience.I placed an order for pickup from uber eats, and the restaurant notified me that my order was ready for collection. Excitedly, I made my way to the restaurant, only to be met with a bewildering statement from the manager. After arrival, they informed me that my order would actually take an additional 20-25 minutes to prepare. This sudden change in the estimated waiting time left me feeling frustrated and annoyed. The primary issue here lies in the poor management and miscommunication within Paratha Junction. It is essential for a well-run establishment to have an efficient system in place that accurately communicates the status of orders to customers. In this case, not only did the restaurant fail to provide an accurate estimate initially, but they also failed to update me promptly when they realized the delay.I would give a negative rating cause of this poor management."

"We absolutely love this place! It's our go-to for family celebrations. Today, they really made our birthday boy's day extra special! As for kid-friendliness, we often bring our children, and the staff is always wonderful with them!"

"This was my very first experience at an Indian restaurant, and I was actually a bit surprised at how much I liked pretty much everything. I love that this is a buffet-style restaurant. I was able to get literally one of everything except for a few items that I already know I don't care for.If you've never had Indian food, don't be afraid to try the goat. I know it's not a typical American food, but it actually tasted surprisingly good! In fact, everything seemed to be seasoned in a slightly different way, but it was all really well- prepared. To me, this is the perfect way to try a new cuisine. You can take a little bit of everything you would like to try without having to commit to an entire plate of an unfamiliar food. The only negative aspect of the restaurant was the service. I could see that they weren't understaffed, but the employees seemed to be walking around without noticing tables. They were polite though, and when we got their attention to ask for a refill on something, they would get whatever we needed. We even had to ask for them to bring the credit card back after about 10 minutes along with the final bill so we could sign it.We definitely plan on going back, and to me the food is worth the visit even if the service is slightly less attentive than we are accustomed to."

"My partner and I had a wonderful Valentine's Day celebration at Bombay Nights. The food was outstanding, the service was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated for the occasion. We always love dining here and are already excited for our next visit."

"Great food, despite what it may look like on the outside. They even have a MONSTER Pizza selection... which...wow! It's huge AND it tastes incredible! I highly recommend Pizzaman. The only knock I can give is its aesthetic. I'm not bothered by it, but I could see that pushing others away. Invest in this and you'll be the best Pizza spot in Columbia!"

"We had visited the restaurant for a few special occasions on the same day and the staff was really courteous of our needs. Always keeping an eye on every guest and yet giving us our privacy."

"This has to be the best Indian food that we've had so far, and we have tried many places. We started off with samosa's, and although they were smaller than what we are accustomed to, they had a punch of flavor, spicier than most but delectable nonetheless. My husband had the saag paneer medium, and I tried amritsari wadi aloo mild. We both shared a side of coconut rice and naan it was all absolutely delicious. Fresh spices in the coconut rice, which I loved. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options in their menu. I appreciated that they served the food family style. It made it a lot easier to sample each other's meal, which is something that we both enjoy to do. We were too full to eat dessert there but couldn't leave without ordering a kheer to go. I tasted it for review purposes, and although I'm full, I want to continue eating it, lol.Their service was extraordinaire! Super friendly and attentive made sure that we had plenty of water in our mason jars along with a clean table and wiped our plates before they were placed. The only suggestion I can make for such a great place is to take better care of their bathroom and floors. It took away from the atmosphere but definitely not from their great food and service. Aside from that, we will be sure to visit again if we are ever in the area."

"i can’t believe i’ve gone up and down peachtree so many times without finding out about this restaurant till now. the decor is quite nice and i love the open kitchen and bar in the front the beverage team is doing a great job! we ordered the chicken 65 and bhindi chaat which were great starters to share and quite delicious. for entrees, we shared the saffron butter chicken and the aloo gabi at a medium spice level, which was just perfectly spiced. i’ve been trying to find a good indian spot and am happy that everything was flavorful and seasoned well. on top of the delicious food is the service our server Naveen was attentive and went the extra mile into recommending what we should and shouldn’t have, and his recommendations definitely helped us a lot! He even told us the next time we come, they provide 2 hour parking next to the restaurant. the entire service team was friendly and approachable and did a great job! and on top of that is their extra details in service and atmosphere with features such as:1. the kitchen window showing the chefs making your bread fresh right in front of the dining room2. bags in the bathroom for women’s sanitary disposables and separate trash bins3. a large array of mirrors and portrait lights that provide a great photo op for you, your partner, or a group!i would gladly return again for more food!"

"Where else are you going to get goat or lamb curry with authentic spices in Huntington WV? But seriously, my out-of-state friends and I dined here last night, and we have a VERY broad range of spice/heat tolerances that were all catered to wonderfully. Between the 3 of us we had a beef, chicken, and lamb dish and each meat was tender and perfectly cooked, plus the rice was served at the best possible texture. We had mild, medium, and Indian hot spiciness levels and we all felt comfortable with the level we received. Also, the garlic naan was stellar and I could eat it with every meal. The server was attentive and checked in on us, but also allowed us privacy to catch up on old times without interruption. He seemed to always wait for a break in our conversation to check in. My only regret was being too full to try a desert! But next time my friends are in the state they've made me promise that we'd come back again. So..... next time. Parking: While not huge, on a Sunday evening we found there to be plenty of open spaces to park in the restaurant's private parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps up or down required to gain access to the building itself or to access the dining area. And the dining area appeared to have plenty of isle space to comfortably maneuver a wheelchair or walker to and from all the tables."

"The flavors were rich and distinct! Overall very delicious food and comfortable atmosphere. Lots of seating options, either cozy booths, spacey tables, or seating at the bar. The waiter was exceptionally friendly. The Lamb Kourma was my favorite dish. Dessert was on the sweet side, but delicious. However, the bathrooms were in a strange location and not very clean. Also, we had to ask for the water to stay at our table when we got our drinks."

"I went to this spot for lunch and I ordered my lunch via the internet. I ordered the vegetable kolhapuri and it cost $13.93. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. When I checked in it said I could get 10% off but one of the men that worked there said they didn't honor it and walked away which was rude. Another man came from the back and asked me if I was ordering and I said I was picking up and I told him my name. He said give it 10 more minutes. He was really nice ablut it. After a while he bought the food out and I left. When I got home I ate and it was just ok. I had to add some seasoning to it to taste but it was filling. All in all it was just an ok experience."

"The best dining experience we have enjoyed in quite a while. Excellent food, really creative and flavorful. But the best reason to come here is Pooja, the co-owner and manager. Her attention and guidance are really valuable when it comes to ordering Indian food you might not be familiar with. Plus she's witty and fun. Thanks Bombay river--we will be back soon!"

"Absolutely love coming here! We always count on the butter chicken and try something new as well. The Gobi Manchurian is addicting and hands down my favorite thing on the menu. I love that they let you choose the level of spice in your meal. So far nothing we have tried has let us down. If you can stop by, you definitely should! Kid-friendliness: Their kids menu is perfect for our 10 yr old. She gets her own butter chicken and rice with Naan as well as a Lassi (her favorite part)! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Onion Naan, Gobi Manchurian, Chicken 65, Chicken Curry, Butter Chicken"

"I visited this restaurant twice this week. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the food (breakfast roll, lamb saag, and garlic naan) was so delicious that I returned a few days later to celebrate a friend's birthday. Since we were fasting from meat, we tried several of their many vegetarian and vegan options. The vegetable biryani was incredibly tasty and generous—it has me looking forward to my next meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Pippali is a nice space in Curry Hill. I love Indian food and enjoy discussing the menu with restaurant staff. Even though the restaurant was quiet and mostly empty, our server rushed us and seemed almost to resent being asked questions. Lamb biryani was dry and lacked the intensity and complexity of flavors that make the best biryani exciting to eat. For a restaurant that has so much competition in the neighborhood, I expect better."

"I have to say that I was impressed with the food. Specifically because Lafayette is a small city and not a melting pot like Houston, LA or NYC where you can find so many choices. I mentioned that the chef had to be from India, and my guess was right. When I tasted the food, I knew the ingredients were balanced in a way that whoever is cooking, he is someone experienced and had to be born in the Indian region where he can tell the exact taste and balance the spices that makes it delicious. Our waitress Allie was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a great listener and willing to learn. Lamb Biryani: The lamb was cooked to perfection. Very tender, great portion with respect to rice. Many places put 3 pieces and fill the whole plate with rice to save on cost and take away from the quality of the dish. My only comment is the riata should not be in a plastic cup. It took away from the presentation of the metal bowl. Butter Chicken: Sauce was equally balanced in respect to flavor. The creamy sauce was not too much buttery to the point where you can taste the butter and not too watery where you don't taste the main ingredients of the sauce. Chicken was soft and also cooked right. Some places you will eat the chicken and it has that little hard bite as if you're biting an undercooked steak fries. Samosas : Absolutely amazing, with the Tamarindo. Nan Garlic Bread: Delicious, dipping it with the butter chicken sauce was amazing. I would add the crispy bread Pappdum as soon as guests sit on the table. Ambience: I would invest a little bit lighting bulbs, decor here and there, some Indian music in the background to give that full experience. Entrance: Can be decorated better with Indian sari, vase, and accents. Overall, loved the place, keep up the quality of the food. Invest little more in the place and start working on some marketing strategies. This place has lots of potential. Highly recommended"
