"I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but after my last visit, I have decided not to return. The service was absolutely terrible, which seems to be a common issue since the pandemic. I know it can be hard to find good help, but that doesn't mean customers should have to suffer. My partner and I tried to dine here on a Saturday afternoon, but after waiting for about 10 minutes at the hostess stand, we decided to sit in the bar area instead. The waitress who finally came over to us said it would be another 10 minutes before anyone could assist us, then promptly disappeared before I could say anything. I couldn't leave fast enough and I doubt I will be back. We ended up finding another restaurant elsewhere in the city that provided us with great service and delicious food."
