"I called to express my concerns, wanting to address it privately rather than online, but the staff on the phone basically argued with me, claiming it was my fault for not approaching them directly to ask to be put on the waiting list at the back of the restaurant. This is an absurd expectation to place on a customer. At a restaurant, they should either add me to the list at the front or manage the list themselves when I arrive. Expecting me to take the initiative to put myself on a waiting list just to get a table is completely unreasonable."
