"Guess who's expanding?! I chatted with Charlie, the owner of Loco Charlie's, and he mentioned that they plan to connect the two rooms this week. The wall art is almost finished, and the bar counter already has extended seating at the door! We ordered the fish taco plate, two shredded beef taquitos, and a Chile verde burrito, all served with a selection of chips and salsas on the spacious terrace. Who has the best fish taco in the desert? That's up for debate, but Loco Charlie's tacos are definitely impressive. They're fried super crispy with a delicious breadcrumb crust. From what I gather, each establishment has its own recipe for the fish, which makes them unique. And the fish portions were generous! The service was friendly, and since we went early at 11:00 yesterday, it wasn't too busy."

"Tonight was just another simply great experience at 4G's. Another 5 star review for them! We had a new server tonight and, oblivious to the fact that come here often, Paola treated us fantastically. Chipper, fun, and obviously very happy to be here. She even goofed with my 6 year old granddaughter like they had grown up together. Nicole made her way from the bar just to say hi, happy as ever. Myrna, the owner, also stopped by to check with us and asked how the family was doing. The food and drinks are always really good, but it's the way they treat people that stands out above anywhere else. I say, give it a try. You won't be disappointed."

"Wow, we were truly impressed! The asada wings were absolutely fantastic, and the roasted corn was to die for! Every aspect of our dinner was wonderful. Our server, Jesus, was incredible—so helpful and very attentive. He was just so sweet. We also got to meet the chef, Victoria, which was a lovely surprise! Everything was really amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"The salsa has a great flavor and our meals were fine...nothing special. The design of the interior does nothing to combat the noise levels on a busy night. So loud my table gave up on any type of conversation. When the host seated us he stated they were out of menus so it would be a few minutes before we would get one. The menus never came. Our server came by with chips and salsa and took our drink order. He also asked if we would like an appetizer. We told him we didn't get menus so didn't know what was available. He walked away. Got our drinks, no menus. Server came back later to take our order...we had at that point looked online at the menu. The online menu is lacking in detail so we had to make an educated guess on what was included with some items. Ordered dishes we recognized since descriptions were not available on each option. Then our server seemed to have forgotten about us and we waited too long for our check...which we had to ask for. Food was fine but not worth the terrible experience. Will not return."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"We recently visited and were immediately impressed, despite the COVID restrictions. The food was super FRESH and FLAVORFUL. While waiting for our meals we were served chips and salsa, both of which were homemade. The salsa had a slight kick to it, and the chips were light with the perfect crunch. We had the pescado (mahi mahi), carne asada and salmon tacos all of them were delicious! We particularly liked the fresh slaw and veggies added to the tacos, along with the tasty cilantro rice and beans served on the side. We can't wait to return! Looking forward to testing out the margarita menu next time!"

"The GOOD: very busy and I love the murals on the wall.The not so good: Mexican Cornbread.That is it, that is all.I came to this restaurant strictly for this one dish, and I got it to go. It’s not even an entree. It’s a $9 appetizer $12 with tax and tip). Some things need to be left alone. Leave cornbread alone.Cornbread is moist and buttery, please don’t decorate cornbread with cheese and crema, and cilantro. The description was intriguing, but atlas, nothing beats cornbread like Mama makes, or even a Jiffy box.The extras just made this Mexican cornbread fall flat. Despite all this; I would definitely give this restaurant another try, and I would dine in. Getting my food to go was not the best choice.I’m just here to say… beautiful restaurant, try new things, but leave cornbread alone."

"The food wasn’t good. Our server was nice and fun, for our order right and somehow memorized our names (6 of us). We went for restaurant week. I haven’t been to restaurant week in a couple years because the food hasn’t been great. They mass order food and probably don’t make a profit. It’s busy and probably stressful for staff. Anyway it wasn’t good and I was hoping it would be because I remember really liking Leña. We ordered the pan de yuca, a previous favorite. They were stale and cold. The half chicken main was dry and overcooked. The cauliflower main was literally 2 pieces of cauliflower. It was delicious but I was expecting like half a cauliflower for it being a main dish. Empanadas were too flakey? Can you imagine... it was like butter wrapped in too little filling. Appetizers were just weird. Like a slab of cheese that I can only describe as steak like. A massive cheese curdle griddled for a slight char. Salad was literally a wedge of Romain with light dressing, so the inner leaves were just leaves. My critique to restaurants is do restaurant week right or don’t do it at all. If you can’t make a delicious 2 3 course meal for 35$ then don’t do it. I’ll never go back and it saddens me because I previously dreamed of those pan de yuca."

"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better cooks with more than one cooking style who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. The burned cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"Met friends here, had never visited the restaurant before. I ordered the duck tamales and the arepa, silver I couldn 't choose. The tamales had a nice, tasty white corn masa (a little thick for my preference) and a delicious duck carnita filling. Comes with hot sauce and sour cream on the side. The arepa was superb! Very few places in the area serve them. Delicious corn pancake filled with your choice of protein, cheese, cabbage and pickled onion. Crispy exterior, lovely chewy texture, and the balance of flavors was perfect. Came with a side of guacamole. My wife ordered the fish and shrimp tacos, and the quality of ingredients and presentation was excellent. Copal in Lincoln is in a strip mall, but upscale exterior and a very nice interior with murals and other decorations. Our server, Juan, made some suggestions about menu and drink choices and was very friendly and efficient. Drinks were great I had the Copal margarita with mezcal. Not for everyone, but I really liked it. I 'm sure we 'll be back."

"We ordered the cauliflower taco, chicken a la tinga, and fajita tacos. While the food presentation was appealing, I received a fried chicken taco instead of what I ordered. The chicken tasted old and stale, at least a day old. When I mentioned it to the staff, they insisted I should try it because it was good. I had to ask again for my cauliflower taco, but when it finally arrived, there was a hair in it. As for the steak fajitas, they were unappetizing and filled with large chunks of fat which made them inedible. The meat tasted old and greasy, and I had to spit it out. The wait staff did credit me for the three tacos that went uneaten, but that didn't improve my experience. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we noticed the kitchen door was open and saw the cook without a hairnet or beard net. This was just unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"The portion sizes were unbelievably small, especially considering the prices. Very limited menu. My friend ordered the quesadilla and it looked like it was made for ants size-wise. Not filling at all, it could have at least came with a side of rice and beans for that price. The waitress seemed very uninterested in our service and was very hard to flag down at all times and it wasn't even too crowded. The atmosphere was cool, I would go back for a happy hour only."
