"We ordered takeout for our first experience dining here, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. With our large order, everything was cooked to perfection. The pizza crust was particularly delightful! Our salads were generous in size and very tasty. I tried the Delray sushi, and it was not only large but also very flavorful. The zucchini and squash pasta with the Olivia was nothing short of amazing! We will definitely return!"

"We came to try out Ruckus for a lunch day date, came at 11:10 and were the only ones there. We ordered two of the posted margarita drink specials . Waitress came back and asked our tequila preference, to which we said whatever the $5 special is today. 15 minutes later she comes and says the bartender is busy talking to a customer so still no drinks. We ordered food and waited. Finally drinks came and waitress says oh by the way, that 's not a special anymore so don 't be surprised when the bill is $7 each not $5 I replied So you 're not going to honor the posted special? That 's old, it happens all the time and walked off.... didn 't take the sheet to throw it out our apologize or anything! Drinks were very weak anyway, not worth the $5 or $7. We saw our food was up at the line for 6 minutes before anyone served it, which you could tell it wasn 't piping hot. Food was decent though. When we got the bill, sure enough, charged regular price as promised. Took 75 minutes for a quick lunch when there was minimal customers in on a random Thursday. Super disappointed with customer service that had nothing to do with COVID but rather a self focus instead of a customer focus."

"When we arrived, we went to the counter marked ORDER HERE , and the guy at the counter greeted us asked if we were picking up an order. We told him we were not, and hew handed us a menu, turned his back, mumbled something about looking over it, and being seated and they would take our order. I tried to tell him I knew what we wanted but he just walked off. We found a table, and then proceeded to watch him take orders at the same counter, and ignore us at the table. OK, so I go to the counter, and after a couple of minutes, some guy takes our order. A few minutes later we watch a server try to give away our salads to someone else. They refused, and after standing and being confused for a bit, she finally looked up, and saw us waving at her. I am not sure what it was, our lack of tattoo 's, no facial hair, or the lack of facial piercings, but they really didn 't want to serve us. So I guess this isn 't a place to go if you just want dinner."

"Bad service, it was booked in advance for a birthday, it was not received like other restaurants, it was never mentioned that it was a special occasion (birthday), not even in the dessert, and the piece of meat like it was in Water thawed, tasteless, uncooked and hard, I don't think we will be back, this is the third time we go and it was very bad, I don't recommend it"

"3.25 out of 5 (Good, but not great) The Bad: 1.There was a hair on the pizza. It was small, but it didn't come from either of the 2 of us sitting at the table. That was gross but I extracted the hair from the pizza and will just not eat that piece. 2. When we reviewed our bill, the pricing was incorrect. This was only on the drinks. The happy hour special was not given to 2 of our drinks. There was another drink ordered that was regular price and that one also rang up on our bill higher than the price stated on the menu. The waitress apologized and swiftly corrected the issue. 3. We came at like, 2pm on a weekday and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Because of the low volume, the staff were walking around talking to each other and 2 of them were eating in the dining room in-between rolling Silverware. It was a little annoying to be around them while they are hanging out and congregating around the area we are eating. 4. The pizza had hardly any cheese and the toppings were scare. It overall lacked flavor. The amount of cheese needs to visible. 5. The hostess is wearing shorts so high cut you can pretty much see her @ss. This isn't hooters nor is it the beach. She also looked super young and it just....inappropriate. Good: Pizza was good! Back in college I used to hang out at the Ruckus on Western all the time so I'm familiar with their pizza. But this time, I ordered a whole pie and the crust was better than I remember. Very chewy NYC style."

"I've passed by this restaurant for years and always wondered about it. The food, service, and overall experience were all quite decent and offered good value. However, I don't think I'll be returning to eat indoors due to the strong odor of cigarette smoke. We opted to sit outside on a lovely patio instead, where we enjoyed our lunch."

"If you plan to dine inside the restaurant on State St., be warned: 3 of 5 of the booths have large gashes of over 1 ft. on some of the seats, with NO tape or repair of any kind with exposed insulation to sit onto, so it may pose a health or safety risk for children. This co. Recently changed their whole Rewards program, for earning points to use towards saving some money for future returning costumers. Switched from using the website phone#s of customers to their newly created app. without notifying anyone. Now, people must use app to earn rewards, staff can’t do it for you anymore, so you have to do all the work. So, I lost ALL my reward points I’d saved up after a few hundred dollars worth of orders I had earned since Dec. ‘23. To May of ‘24. To add insult to injury, I didn’t even get any rewards for the dinner I purchased that evening in their restaurant. Asked staff for help they either had no clue or didn’t care; simply told me to scan the QR code on my receipt, but the app didn’t have, supply, or offer anyway to do so. When asked for help, they wouldn’t do it for me, just told me to “figure it out on my own later.” I even gave them my contact info. to give to their management to assist me in this NEVER received a response. Service was lazy lacking every aspect, I honestly regret providing them a tip. I’ve done business with Flying Pie for decades, but I don’t care how delish their food might be; it’s too expensive NOT worth the treatment. Had to apologize to my friend after we left, deciding to NEVER eat there again."

"We decided to get takeout from this place because the restaurant our family was dining at nearby had no vegan options. The menu here doesn't have a lot of vegan-friendly choices. My husband enjoyed the veggie chili, which was full of vegetables including okra. He also liked the sweet potato fries, which were tasty and had a strong cinnamon flavor. I ordered the veggie hoagie, which was just peppers, onions, and mushrooms on a bun and was somewhat plain. The person who took our order was very friendly. If you're looking for a sports bar with some vegetarian options, this place would be a good choice. However, we probably won't be coming back."

"four of us had dinner there on Saturday night. we all ordered the steak. two of the four steaks were hard and had more annoying than one, except in a ny strip. the other two steaks (one is my own) were only moderate. for a price of $30, I would just be a better piece of meat. when the server asked about our meal, we were honest about our discontent, they apologised. never a visit from the manager or even the offer of a free dessert or coffee. I will be handed over to a "burger (maybe) and a beer place."

"Amazing pizza. I’ve passed this restaurant a number of times now, and I’ve always wanted to try their pizza. These pizzas may be a couple dollars more than other pizza joints, but these pizzas are high quality. They also have high quantities of toppings. I purchased a 10” Stromboli pizza and a 12” contest combo pizza. I ate way to much. I probably would’ve been fine with just a 10”, but I wanted to try multiple pizzas. The Stromboli pizza was my clear favorite of the two. This pizza is sourdough, which is genius. The cheese and toppings go so well with the sourdough. The Contest Combo was really good as well. This pizza literally has stacks of pepperoni in some spots. There is a ton of meat on this pizza. They cut the veggies into large pieces, this just makes sense with all of the meat. These are very unique pizzas. Did I spend more money then I probably should’ve? Yes, but was it worth it? YES. I recommend you try this place and see for yourself."

"My wife and I decided to make the the last place we had dinner at while in North Carolina from our last experience with them on a previous trip. The main draw was the House Made Chips with French Onion dip. I order the Bacon Cheese burger on Steroids and my wife had Daddys Philly with a side of House Made Chips. The waiter said that they were out of the chips, Wait-What!! Seriously. If the are House made then potatoes is all you need. Send someone to the grocery store. Understand, this was 5 pm in a Friday and they are out of potatoes? The food we got was good as the service was just ok, would have been 5 stars if not for the absence of the house made chips and the lack of attention from our server."

"We just stopped in for a drink and snacks, but we will definitely be returning for lunch because of their delicious sandwich salads. "I fell in love with this place for the second I walked in. They have a gaming station as well as a lot of books to browse. The beer selection was not a lot in terms of quantity but the quality was great. I tried two IPA?s and both were superb. We bought 3pop funkos, 2 books and many beers for under $100. I recommend a visit 10/10! We will be back. ????????"
