"My friends and I decided to go out for lunch and arrived right at 11 o'clock, only to find the doors still locked. We waited in the parking lot for about 10 minutes before calling to ask if they were open. They informed us that they were busy and had forgotten to unlock the doors. Once we were inside, we sat at the bar and waited to be served. We received drink and dinner menus and placed our food orders. One of my friends has a food allergy, and he made this known to the staff. However, when our food arrived, his dish had tomatoes, which he's allergic to, so we sent it back. I ordered a burger, and my other friend got one as well, both requesting them to be cooked medium rare. Instead, they came out overcooked, resembling hockey pucks after just a couple of bites. The waitress never checked in on us to see how the food was. My friend ended up waiting another 15 minutes for his tacos, and when they finally arrived, the waitress loudly announced, “Tacos with no tomato!” as she dropped the plate in front of him. The staff, both waiters and bartenders, seemed extremely inexperienced and rude. When the bill came out to $72, I was disappointed. I’ve dined there twice now, but I won’t be going back again; it was a terrible experience."
