"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I really don't understand why it's considered the second best place to eat. My fries were undercooked, the crab cakes were lacking in flavor, and the mushrooms were tough. We were about to leave when someone finally came over to ask if we wanted a drink refill, which felt a bit too late. The best part of the meal was the ketchup, but even that was frustrating; she brought me an empty bottle and then took others to refill it, assuming I wanted that. No, thank you. To top it off, there were only us and two other tables occupied, so it wasn't busy at all."
