"Although we don't visit this restaurant regularly, we were really impressed during our latest trip. We ordered six subs and ended up with two more as well. All of them were delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The only reason we don't come here more often is that we're not big fans of their pizza."

"My family and I have been going here for years but never again unfortunately. It took over 40 minutes for 2 subs and the staff was fighting with each other the whole time. when I walked up to the counter to politely ask about my food because they were calling out order numbers that were past my order I was completely ignored. Then when I said um excuse me? The woman just looked at my daughter an me an walked away lol unbelievable"

"We've been eating at Sam's for years. This review is specifically for the downtown, Main Street Lewiston location. The girl behind the counter who took our order was training a new employee and she did very well with the balance of communication between us placing our order and answering imour questions, plus showing the new employee how to ring in the order properly. Food options are amazing whether it be pizza or subs. Pricing is very good for the portion sizes. Great job and keep up the good work!!"

"Order took 20 minutes to make one sandwich, was missing 2 ingredients I asked for and they toasted my entire sandwich when I asked for them to only toast the bacon. Wasn't pleasant eating warm letus and pickles. Also one of the workers was kind of snappy when talking to me. While I was eating a lady left without her food because the 10 minute wait she was promised exceeded 30 minutes."
