"The guy with black polished nails over the counter that took my order was very rude.I asked him if they have non- dairy milk or almond milk for my coffee cause I’m allergic and he said to me “ we are just a coffee shop , this is not Starbucks “. He doesn’t know how to answer customers politely.He should be trained more on how to provide good customer service if he wants to work in an industry that requires it. Dietary restrictions: NO non dairy option."
