"excellent meal with innovative kitchen. even keel breaks far away from the ordinary and offers some really good and imaginative meeresfruit options. the menu is a little small but has enough options to meet all the needs. the small plate, wood fired and raw options offered good starter choices. my wife had the shrimp buds, which obviously Thai concentrated with kokosmilch, cilantro and chilies, but not heavy hand. the grilled oysters were fired from wood, garlic forward and beautifully dusted with Parmesan cheese, although the oysters themselves were a bit small. for entrees I had what was listed as “Seared rare local Wahoo” that was a tasty, well seasoned wahoo, fire meerte rarely on a sweet and buttery root veggie purée with wood fired carrots and mushrooms. the wahoo was fresh, well prepared and delightful and the combination of aromen gave the simply boiled fish a earthy but rich taste. my wife chose the sea red dove snakes, which were perfectly cooked with farro and a walnut romesco. everything on the plate served a purpose and complicated the fresh scalopps. also keel is set to move to a new location in the next months, but do not wait, try it now again when it opens in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea."
