"I typically don't write negative reviews, but this restaurant desperately needs some attention! Every time I order a cold Milo, I receive only half a glass, yet they still charge full price for it. They seem oblivious to the fact that the foam decreases, and they continue to serve it half full! Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a "Bandeja Paisa," only to be met with a disappointing presentation. The meat was small and lacked flavor, and the fried egg was burnt. I even have photos to document it all. They always forget something, and today was no different; they forgot to include two arequipe cakes in my order. It's not about the money—it's a matter of poor management. As a gesture, they offered me a free Bandeja Paisa, but I don't need anything for free. I spent nearly $50, and both the presentation and taste were awful. Please avoid ordering from this place; trust me, you'll save yourself a disappointing experience."
