I ordered the tostones rellenos with shrimp as an appetizer and placed my main food order right away, sensing the staff's impatience.
It took them an astonishing hour to bring my food, especially after I noticed that a party of eight who arrived 25 minutes after me was served before me. When I brought this up, the server didn't even apologize; she simply mentioned that my ticket had gotten stuck in the printer. I questioned how this could happen when the restaurant was nearly empty, with only two tables filled, and they hadn’t started preparing my meal.
To make matters worse, my appetizer never arrived. I specifically asked them to ensure my son's pollo a la milanesa was cooked properly, but it ended up dry and burned. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience compelled me to take action. Additionally, there was no manager on site to address these issues.
I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. The service was appalling, the food was subpar, and it felt like they were disinterested in having customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. Also, if you're considering ordering to-go, be aware that the app won't permit you to do so an hour before closing, and phone orders are not accepted; you must place your order in person and wait. This is ridiculous. I’m left wondering how management operates this place and how it remains in business."
