"I've been here several times. The other day I walked in and didn't realize they weren't officially open for the day yet, and the manager was nice about it (sorry). It's a gourmet food store with prices to match, but the food is good. The customer service is not straightforward-friendly that you'd find in other places. I don't know if they're unhappy or stressed because of how they're being managed, or if the customers are high-maintenance enough to negatively affect their demeanor. One exception is a cashier who's been friendly for years, who seems to be enjoying her job. Other than that, I go there for the food, not the overall experience as at other places."
