"This is my go-to late night sandwich spot in PDX. The sandwiches are consistently amazing, even on off nights. It's connected to No Fun, so some nights can get pretty wild and you can see it on the staff's faces. But don't worry, just tip well (they appreciate a variety of goodies if you're into bartering) and they'll usually be cool and hook you up. Either way, it's worth adding to your late night food options. Update: The service at No Fun can be hit or miss. If you're served by the guy who resembles Caveman Sam from Trailer Park Boys, double check your change and be prepared to wait."
