"I have ordered from this restaurant for takeout before. The staff is always nice, polite, and helpful over the phone. However, the baby back ribs I received were disappointing. The end piece was as hard as a rock and there wasn't enough sauce. I expected the ends to be cut off and used in other dishes if needed. When selling a whole slab, it should be evenly cooked and tender, not crispy or overcooked. Despite being smaller than the other ribs, which were delicious, the baby back ribs should still be edible. Otherwise, they are just tough backs. This review is from two weeks ago, and I wanted to make some corrections. Thank you."
