"The restaurant's ambiance was elegant and the decor was upscale, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. From the hostess to the waitress, the staff seemed uninterested and aloof. Upon entering, we were not greeted by the hostess and had to inform her of how many were in our party. A server simply dropped off menus and walked away, leaving us to follow like lost puppies. Once seated, the waitress appeared and impatiently asked if we were ready to order, showing irritation when we asked for more time. It felt as though she had better things to do, perhaps she was related to the owner. Overall, the experience was disappointing and we will not be returning."
