"After being seated, I requested a gluten-free menu and informed the server that we would be ordering only gluten-free items. Unfortunately, on five separate occasions, items containing gluten were brought to our table. First, we received fried wonton strips meant for the soup, along with a gluten-containing dipping sauce. Then, another dipping sauce with gluten came with our dumplings. To make matters worse, an order of potstickers, which we hadn’t ordered, was mistakenly delivered to us. At the end of the meal, after expressing my frustration about these errors, we were given fortune cookies with our bill, which was disappointing. Additionally, my cocktail was undrinkable. Even though I only took a sip, the server either didn’t notice or didn’t care to ask if I was dissatisfied. While the entrees were delicious, they were overpriced as well. The way they managed a gluten-free table—especially for a restaurant that prides itself on being gluten-friendly—was unacceptable. I will not be returning."
