"I love pho and have tried it at many different places. This particular version was just okay— a bit too heavy on the pepper for my taste. The portion sizes were average compared to other places I've been to. There are other restaurants, like Pho54 in Oviedo, that I think offer a better flavor.
I was also concerned about the soybeans, as they looked a bit old and not fresh, so I chose not to use them. I wanted soup to soothe my stomach, not to risk making it worse.
Overall, the experience was decent, but I wouldn’t make this place my first choice. I truly hope they serve their community well.
Regarding the pork spring rolls I ordered, they had a very strong fishy taste, which I didn’t enjoy at all. It was disappointing to waste money by having to throw away three orders. I want to let others know that this restaurant tends to use fish sauce or similar ingredients, which may not be what you expect if you're looking for pork. Unfortunately, I probably won't be coming back."
