"My friend and I made a last-minute reservation on a Saturday. The food was excellent; we both ordered burgers that were cooked to perfection, and the fries were delicious. I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts as well. While the service was a bit inconsistent—our waitress forgot to bring water and mixed up our burgers overall, it was friendly, and the atmosphere was much more casual and fun than you might expect from a place with such great food."

"Guys you have to try this place! The food is outstanding and the customer service is even better! I literally walked In This place hungry 10 minutes before closing and I was greeted with a smile and a happy face which reflected and the delicious food! Juana and Fatima go girls you are awesome! "I recently got married at the Santa Barbara Zoo this past month. And Kinsey, and Marc truly made all our dreams and wishes come true. Myself and my husband book the venue 3 years ago, and at the time we had no idea a global pandemic would delay our plans. But Kinsey and Marc acted quickly to ensure that our dream wedding would still be possible. Kinsey is one of the hardest working people I have ever met, she will go over and beyond to make sure you and your loved ones are well taken care of. Kinsey kept excellent communication with me throughout the planning process and made sure I was aware of every single detail. On the day of my wedding she was there by my side throughout the whole day with the big smile on her face. She was quick to help me and y husband in anyway needed, and made sure we were fed as well. She made us feel at ease and moments walking down the aisle it brought me great courage to look at her and hear her say you got this , you look stunning . I give my most highest recommendation to the Rincon team for their customer service and delicious food. Thank you for making our day so special and a memorable one for all our family and friends. "First time going back in a while, greatly disappointed. (take out)I ordered the fajita bowl, and realized that there were no avocados, when I got home with it, so it was just rice a few veggies beans.My wife ordered a bowl with the grilled chicken, and it looks like cheaper ingredients are being used than we remember. We used to see chicken being grilled, in-store, with nice grill marks and flavor. The chicken on this bowl looked like uniform cut squares, with no grill markings or grill flavor.We used to love this place, but higher prices combined with the issues above make us less likely to return."

"I hate to leave such a bad review, but we had a pretty terrible experience tonight. We ordered take out and discovered they gave us the wrong order after getting home. We drove back to the store and received the right toppings, but one of our pizzas was the wrong size (paid for XL, got a L). The medium pizza was overcooked, the large was undercooked. But the worst part was the Canadian Bacon topping, which was as thick as Easter ham. Seriously so thick we had to peel it off and eat plain cheese and pineapple pizza. To top it off, this isn't the first bad experience here! We've ordered here multiple times and had multiple not good experiences. Pizza wait times of 45 minutes longer than estimated, incorrect orders, etc. They messed up our order a few months ago and promised to refund the price of the pizza, but then they never actually did the refund. Not sure how many more chances we're willing to give them!"

"Have been eating at Blaze Pizza on and off for many years now. It's our favorite fast fired pizza joint. We love this location the staff are amazing efficient. Picked up two build your own pizzas (both vegan, one on GF crust) from here on a Saturday morning and it's was a pleasure to do so esp, because it wasn't crowded at all. Parking is easily available in the parking lot in the back. We're big fans of their vegan cheese, which is actually tasty. I'm usually the one picking out excess cheese as I'm never satisfied with the taste texture of most non dairy cheese.....but not here! We enjoy it so much that we even got their cheesy breadsticks prepared with vegan cheese, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil! Love this location, as well as their GF original crust (both vegan), and the non dairy cheese. I wouldn't visit on a crowded day if you are strictly vegetarian....as it's hard to ensure that clean gloves/knifes are used at every stage."
