"Terrible experience! This is the second time I’ve received a cold pizza delivered to me. When I placed the order, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour, which I anticipated. However, after waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I decided to call and check on my order. On my first call, I was hung up on, and when I called back, a younger woman answered and seemed completely uninterested. She informed me that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before our food arrived. So that’s an hour and a half for a very simple order! I understand that delays can happen, but 30 minutes extra is excessive. The staff was dismissive, rude, and condescending, and to top it off, the pizza arrived cold with a burnt crust. This will definitely be the last time we order from them!"
