"I ordered online at 3:54pm for a order to be picked up at 7:00pm. And when I arrived all the way from Blue Springs, Mo I didn’t have a order. It was a mess, we didn’t get what we ordered. But when it was all said and done your employee Winter did make it right. And I just want to THANK her for making it correct. This young lady was great and it wasn’t her fault at all."

"I first ordered birthday donuts for my daughter from here in February 2021, during the pandemic, and they were fantastic! I got custom letter donuts that spelled "Happy Birthday," along with a mixed dozen of donuts, four dozen donut holes, and they even included some cookies as a bonus! I ordered online a few weeks ahead of time (almost forgot I had!), and they called me two days before my pickup to confirm the order. When I arrived, the donuts were warm and gooey. I think I paid around $50 for everything."

"We sat in the donut shop and for some reason this gave them the idea that they needed to take the orders of five people behind us first because they didn’t want to sit in. I ordered Bavarian filled maple long Johns, the donut itself was tasty but there was hardly any filling in the donut so I could not taste it at all."
