"We got a burrito and it had a metal screw inside of it. I am stunned. My appetite is gone- I honestly do not know how I can ever eat a burrito again. I can't even begin to imagine the intestinal pain I would endure if I had accidentally swallowed it. It's beyond comprehension how a place with such a low sanitary standard could be allowed to operate. I urge you all to please eat anywhere else. Never go here."

"The food was outstanding! We got cheese pizzas for the kids, a Tony Ruebino, and The Real Italian, plus gelato and tiramisu for dessert. Honestly, it surpassed the cheesesteaks we were planning to have, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to try the crab cakes and other dishes on the menu during our next visit north. A few things to note if you’re thinking of stopping by: this place is takeout only—it’s more of a market than a dining spot, so if it’s cold or rainy, there’s no indoor seating. The space is quite small, so if you’re bigger in size like us, expect to occasionally bump into something or someone. The staff is extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have!"

"Literally, these people do not follow written instructions what so ever. It took about 9 mistakes in the past few months to make me finally write a review. The service is great, the people are friendly but when it comes to food, please make sure it is made correctly. I wouldn't recommend any one to get deliveries of any kind of food here. Especially sandwiches because there's a 65% chance that it is not made correctly. I don't know if the guy rushes through the sandwiches but clearly nobody are reading the ticket. Please improve."

"This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the quality has really declined. I ordered two orders of fries yesterday, and they were far from appealing. There was hardly any mozzarella cheese on them, and instead of chopped fried onions, there were long strips that didn’t even taste fried. My husband’s cheese fries were also disappointing. After trying some of the food, we were still hungry because I couldn’t even finish mine."

"I always receive excellent service when I visit this place. I usually order the bacon, egg, and cheese on a hero, and they consistently serve a generous portion of bacon. Additionally, their sandwiches are roughly $1 cheaper than those at other bodegas and delis I've tried in the Lower East Side. If you’re looking for a quick and affordable breakfast sandwich, this is the place to go!"
