"I couldn't get my picture to post but it was 22:40 and a hand written sign was on the drive thru speaker saying closed early due to staff shortages.... The parking lot is empty and this is Ellington... I have worked in the restaurant field for over 20 years and I have ran solo with lines out the door. This generation is different I suppose but at least change the hours online so I won't waste my gas or time thinking your open. Franchisee needs to up the game here. I see people inside by the fryers dining room dark but google time says open I'm in. You hear me ask a question at the speaker please don't test my IQ or patience. I understand the issue but respond back why and how long it will be like this so I don't come back again in the future and waste everyone's time.Funny story at the end of the day I came to Wendy's in Vernon and there is only one girl and she was sweet as pie with a line of cars.I guess my order will pay for for her paycheck and I will get real meat Regards"

"I must say that my experience working at this McDonald's has been quite terrible. The staff and management are very unprofessional when it comes to handling various situations. The restaurant is a mess, with bugs and more than four flies present, and there's mold growing behind the machines. Sadly, many employees, including some managers, seem to be using drugs on the job. There's a lot of favoritism, as well as sexism and racism. No one seems to help when these issues arise. I was fired after being targeted simply because one of the managers had a bad day. Despite her behavior, she faced no consequences, while I, as a woman of color, felt deeply disturbed by how unfairly the situation was handled."

"Just a little bit confusing for people unaccustomed to mobile ordering from McDonald's, because I accidentally went to the drive thru sign number three and entered the number three, until I was told by my son that there were two spots when you pull into the lot and arrive, that is not exactly visible or noticeable when you think about parking and people getting service in two drive thru lanes.Otherwise, fast and friendly service, as well as accurate only after about a five minute or so wait. Couldn't change my number three to a number two spot in the app, but the customer service team member knew how to locate me."

"This location doesn't care if you get what you ordered and paid for. Lately I never get my whoppers with cheese or nuggets with sauce. Just happened again and I just paid for a delux chicken sandwich meal with bacon. They gave me a regular chickensandwich. I pay but do not get what I paid for. The obviously are telling me to go away and I will. You should stay away too ifyou like paying and getting what was asked for."

"I have been to this restaurant multiple times and as a vegetarian who does not eat red meat, I always opt for fish dishes. However, I have had mixed experiences when ordering coffee. I usually ask for a simple black coffee without sugar, but it is inconsistent - sometimes too dark, other times more like a cup of warm milk. It's disappointing because I know they have a delicious coffee brand. Additionally, I have noticed that the prices have increased significantly."

"It 's okay IF you can get waited on. I understand all places are short staffed right now so I wouldn 't mention it, but twice (I was gonna order more food) someone looked at us and went on doing whatever (save for one guy who was clearly drowning in drive through I wish I knew him as I 'd suggest giving him a raise) so I decided to leave and get food elsewhere my fault, I suppose for not realizing how hungry I was. Both times I want to note I was NOT the only person in line. Perhaps this location needs to close either dine in or drive through until they can get more staff."

"This review is not a reflection on the staff, as they were friendly, helpful, and fast with service. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. However, I ordered a Big Mac after not eating at McDonald's for a long time, and I found the beef patties to be extremely thin. Both patties combined were thinner than what I had previously experienced at McDonald's. The cheeseburger patty for my children was also lacking in meat. It seemed like less meat for the same price.
