"The only reason for that 1 star missing: they have 2 registers but only ever have 1 open. They need to hire someone just for Fridays and Saturdays. At least 5-10 people I see walk out of the line to other breakfast places next door. Average wait on Fridays and Saturdays is 20-30 minutes. Waited almost 40 today, I write this because y’all can be better!Beyond that the kolache are excellent.Vegetarian options: My wife is vegetarian and loved the options, some great creative ones.Parking: Could use more parking esp with how far the line backs up I’m sure there’s people who can’t find parking or turn around in the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entryway."
