"The food isn’t terrible, but they consistently get my orders wrong. I could walk in and ask for fries, and somehow end up with onion rings instead. Even simple requests, like a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, are hit or miss—they almost always forget one of the ingredients. I’ll get sausage and cheese without the egg, or egg and cheese without the sausage. When I order a 10-piece nugget, I usually receive 7 or sometimes 8 or 9, but never a full 10. Once, I even got 13 nuggets, which was a nice surprise. Despite the constant mistakes, I've never received a correct order from them. I typically park and eat there, then just go back inside to let them know I’m keeping the incorrect sandwich they made. The only reason I keep returning is that they always offer extra—so you can expect them to overlook something in your order every time!"
