"I have ordered twice through the app, simply adding the signature drinks without any modifications except for the sizes, and each order is supposed to come with whipped cream by default. While there is an option to select "No Whipped Cream," the standard setting is to include it. Yet, when I went to pick up my order, neither drink had whipped cream.
I showed them the mobile order, which proves I’m not making this up. The person who seemed to be the manager both times claimed that one drink printed with whipped cream and the other did not, implying that the problem was with me—that I needed to specifically request whipped cream. I tried to explain that I had done that and showed her, but she kept insisting that printers and computers don’t malfunction. This has occurred twice now.
Interestingly, there are times when I place the exact same order and have no issues at all, which suggests the problem lies on their end. I understand that mistakes happen, and in the grand scheme of things, it's just whipped cream, but I find it frustrating when I'm told that I need to do something differently, despite the fact that I have been doing exactly what is required. I honestly don’t understand why serving a dollop of whipped cream seems to be such a challenge!"
